Represents annual tree planting festival in India. On this day millions of saplings are planted all across India.
The students of Peoples High School celebrated this event by doing the “Tree Plantation Activity” were different types of plants like Neem ,Curry,Rose,Jasmine ,etc were planted by the teachers and students. They were also educated about the importance of planting one tree at a time and promised to protect the greenery they are surrounded with.
This day was quite insightful and was truly an onset to build up a pollution free environment in the future.
