Thousand Salutes to Our Bravehearts
26th of January is a day to remember when India’s constitution came into force on January 26, 1950, completing the country’s transition towards becoming an independent republic.
Republic Day was celebrated with pride and patriotism at People’s High School on 26th January. The festivities commenced on a musical note.
We had the honour of having the founder and President of Serve Needy Organisation Hyderabad, Telangana. The Chief Guest along with the Director of our school hoisted the flag followed by the national anthem. The Chief Guest and Director addressed the students and shared their valuable input .The celebrations included March past and Drill Displays by the students of L.K.G – 5th Class. We also had students from Class 5 sharing their thoughts .Melodious patriotic songs were sung by our teachers. At the end these celebrations were no less than making us feel proud that – “Saare Jaahan se Acchha Hindustan Hamara”.
